The Romanian Institute of Schema Therapy (IRST)<\/strong> is a non-governmental, incorporated professional association established in 2019.<\/p>\n

Which personal data do we collect and why do we collect it?<\/p>\n

Newsletter<\/strong><\/p>\n

The schematherapy.ro website collects the personal data provided by users in order to periodically receive information, by email, on the activity of IRST or the organized events.<\/p>\n

If you no longer wish to communicate via Newsletter, use the \u201cUnsubscribe<\/strong>\u201d option.<\/p>\n

IRST events<\/p>\n

The schematherapy.ro website collects the following personal data, provided by participants in IRST events during online enrolments:<\/p>\n

  2. Email address;<\/li>\n
  3. Telephone number;<\/li>\n
  4. Personal Identification Number\/Social Security Number;<\/li>\n
  5. ID Series and Number;<\/li>\n
  6. RUP (Central Register of Psychologists) individual code;<\/li>\n
  7. Home address;<\/li>\n
  8. Practice \/ company designation;<\/li>\n
  9. TIN or Fiscal Code;<\/li>\n
  10. Practice \/ company address;<\/li>\n
  11. Bank account;<\/li>\n
  12. IP address;<\/li>\n
  13. Logs with user actions (registration, payment, subscribing, unsubscribing) and access logs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    This personal data is collected for the following purposes:<\/p>\n

    the traceability<\/strong> of registration for IRST events, necessary in the case of certain requests, notifications or complaints submitted by IRST clients;<\/p>\n

    the processing of online payments via the euPlatesc.ro processor<\/strong>, for the Card<\/strong> payment method;<\/p>\n

    the manual confirmation of payments<\/strong>, for the Wire Transfer<\/strong> payment method;<\/p>\n

    automatic invoicing<\/strong> after the registration and the participation fee payment have been validated.<\/p>\n

    If you do not wish to have this data collected, you should not register for IRST events.<\/p>\n

    Whom do we share your data with?<\/p>\n

    Online payments<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The schematherapy.ro website is interfaced with the euPlatesc.ro<\/strong> payment processor in order to facilitate online payments by bank card. Through the API interface implemented in the WordPress platform of the IRST website, in line with the standard defined by euPlatesc.ro, schematherapy.ro sends to euPlatesc.ro the following data collected upon registration: First and Last Names; Email address; Telephone number; IP address.<\/p>\n

    Traffic analytics and statistics<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The schematherapy.ro website may automatically collect your data, strictly for traffic and statistical purposes, such the visiting time and duration, the operating system and the IP address \u2013 via the Google Analytics<\/strong> application, tasked with collecting the data.<\/p>\n

    We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Inc. which generates detailed statistics about the traffic on a website and the sources thereof and measures conversions and sales. Google Analytics uses the \u201ccookies\u201d stored in your computer to help analyze the way in which users browse the IRST website.<\/p>\n

    You may prevent or stop the installation and storage of cookies from the browser settings, by downloading and installing, free of charge, the Opt-out Browser Add-on available at https:\/\/tools.google.com\/dlpage\/gaoptout?hl=en. In this case, you will not be able to use all the website functions.<\/p>\n

    How long do we keep your data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    If you leave a message through the Contact section, if you subscribe to the Newsletter or register for an IRST event, the data shall be kept indefinitely. We will thus be able to recognize you based on your subsequent messages\/registrations.<\/p>\n

    In regard to users getting subscribed to the IRST Newsletter on our website, we store the personal data they provide in their user. All users may view, edit or delete their personal data at any time. Furthermore, the website administrators may view and edit this information.<\/p>\n

    What rights do you have upon your own data?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    If you have left a message through the Contact section, if you have subscribed to the Newsletter or registered for an IRST event on the schematherapy.ro website, you may request to receive an export file with your personal data that we keep. Additionally, you may request that we delete all your personal data that we keep, provided that it does not include all the data we are bound to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.<\/p>\n

    Your requests to view or delete your personal data shall be submitted by email, at office@schematherapy.ro<\/a>, and shall be replied to within the legal 30-day deadline.<\/p>\n
