How to Purchase?

• Choosing events

Using the Events button, you can choose the event you wish to attend. Click on the selected event and a new page will open with its details. At the bottom of that page, click the Add to Cart button to include it in your shopping cart.

Shopping cart

Click on the Shopping Cart icon in the top right corner to view the event(s) you wish to attend. In this menu, you can adjust the quantity, add or remove events. Click the Update button to display the updated total amount to be paid.

• Completing the Form

After reviewing your cart, choose the Proceed to Checkout option. To submit your order, complete the displayed form and click Submit. At this point, your order has been sent and you may proceed to payment.

How to Pay

• Online Payment by Bank Card via EuPlatesc (Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/MasterCard)

If you have selected the Online Payment by Bank Card option, you will need to fill in a form with your card details on the secure page of the payment processor.

– Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard brands (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro)

are processed through the 3-D Secure system developed by the card organizations, ensuring that online transactions are as secure as those made at ATMs or in physical stores.

at any time on the merchant's servers or the payment processor’s servers. All data is entered directly into the secure systems of Visa and MasterCard.

Important: No fees are charged for payments made by bank card.

• Bank Transfer

If you selected this option, please send proof of payment by email to contact@schematherapy.ro after completing the bank transfer.

• Refund Policy

The amount paid for an event may be refunded up to one month before the event, with a 10% deduction for administrative and organizational expenses. After this deadline, payments are non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions for Event Participation

Throughout the event, participants are expected to maintain a respectful and civil attitude, both toward themselves and toward other participants. To ensure the smooth running of the event, we kindly ask that any questions, concerns, complaints, or suggestions be addressed directly to the organizers. Participants are required to maintain confidentiality regarding all information obtained from case studies or during the workshops they attend.

Participants agree not to record or distribute course materials without the explicit consent of the organizers and other participants. By attending the event, participants take full responsibility for their own emotional experiences and how they manage them. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions gives the organizers the right to limit or restrict the participation of the individual concerned.
