How do I buy?

Event selection
Using the Events button, you can select the event you wish to take part in. Click on the respective event and a new page with the event details will open, and at the bottom of the page you can click on the Add to Cart button to add it to the Shopping Cart.

Shopping Cart.

Click on the Shopping CART, in the right upper part of the page, to view the event you wish to participate in. In this menu, you can select the quantity, add or delete events. Click on the UPDATE button to have the total amount to be paid displayed.

Filling out the form
After viewing the cart, select the Proceed to finalize the order option. Then, in order to send the order, you need to fill out the displayed form and click on the SEND button. Your order has now been sent and you may proceed to make the payment.

How do I pay?

Online, by bank card, via EuPlatesc (Visa/Visa Electron/Maestro/MasterCard).

If you have chosen the “Online, by bank card“ payment method, you will have to fill out a form with the information specific to your card, on the payment processor secure page.

– Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) logos

shall be made via the “3-D Secure” system, created by the organizations that provide online transactions with the same security level as for those made at ATMs or at brick-and-mortar sellers.

– “3-D Secure” makes sure, first and foremost, that no information related to your card is transferred or stored,

at any given time, on the store servers or on the payment processor servers, this data being directly entered in the Visa and MasterCard systems.

Important to know! – No fee is charged for payments by bank card!

By Wire transfer
If you have chosen this option, we kindly ask that, upon performing the wire transfer, you submit the proof of payment to contact@schematherapy.ro.

The reimbursement policy
The amount paid for an event may be reimbursed no later than one month prior to the event and shall be reduced by 10%, retained as administrative and organizing expenses. Beyond this deadline, the payment shall no longer be reimbursable.

Terms and conditions for participation in the event

Over the duration of the event, participants shall adopt a civilized conduct, showing respect both towards themselves and the other participants.
For the smoothest possible running of the event, you are kindly asked to raise or communicate any ambiguity, question, complaint or suggestion to the organizers.
Participants shall preserve the confidentiality of all the information gathered from the case studies presented or during the workshops they take part in.

Participants are bound not to record or forward course materials without the express consent of the organizers and of the other participants.
Participation in the event entails taking responsibility for one’s own emotional experiences and the management thereof. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions entitles the organizers to restrict participation in the event for the person in question.

ATTENTION! Invoices are automatically generated with the information you have filled out in the enrolment form. Invoices SHALL NOT BE ALTERED AFTERWARDS.
